Brian has over 30 years of experience in strategic
planning. He holds degrees from the University of Notre Dame
and Indiana University. He is past President of both the
Monroe County Commissioners and Plan Commission and served on the
Bloomington Economic Development Corporation Board of
Directors. He also serves as President of the Board of
Directors of LifeDesigns Inc.
He understands the interplay between education, local government,
the social services and business that make successful community
development possible. He has facilitated strategic plans and
conducted research for a broad range of organizations including
united ways, foundations, schools, urban enterprise associations,
government agencies, libraries, and local economic organizations.
Dan has five degrees from Indiana University Bloomington: BS in
Physics, BS in Mathematics, BA in Political Science, an MS in
Anatomy and Cell Biology, and an MA in Educational
Psychology. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa and is thoroughly
grounded in social science research and methodology. He
provides statistically valid survey design and analysis. His
background in Anatomy and Cell Biology is very helpful in our
healthcare assessment work. He recently taught classes in anatomy
at Indiana Uiversity Bloomington and Ivy Tech. He previously served
as a Research Associate and Information Technology Manager at
Strategic Development Group before joining O'Neill
Research.
Pat received a BA in Chemistry and Sociology and a BS in Biology from Indiana University Bloomington, both with highest distinction. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa and is presently pursuing his passion for teaching on the science faculty at Munster High School. Fortunately, he has also agreed to provide O'Neill Research with his consulting expertise. Before his teaching career started and he joined us, Patrick gained extensive experience with qualitative and quantitative research and analysis at Strategic Development Group. At SDG, Patrick conducted needs assessments, statistical analysis, survey design, and feasibility studies.
